Eastern Washington at CS Northridge

It was tough sledding last season for UC Northridge as they manufactured just seven wins on the campaign. They should be a lot better and that is because freshman, turned sophomore, Stephan Hicks is a year older. Hicks was the Big West freshman of the year, along with being selected as a mid-major freshman All-American. This is a young team, that gained valuable experience a year ago with enough working pieces to be a lot more competitive this season. Eastern Washington had some moments a year ago but finished a disappointing 15-17. They will have difficulty matching those numbers this season as four seniors have moved on. The roster includes three red-shirts and six newcomers to the program, so they will be struggling for continuity early on. The Eagles are just 7-16-1 ATS in their last 24, 0-6 ATS in their last six out of conference games and are in trouble here. Play on CS Northridge.
