NC State will be electric, but they are playing horrible basketball right now. They lost to an average Miami team the other night and dropped a home contest to WVU last week. As we all know, Duke is no West Virginia. Duke is 21-9 ATS in road games in January games since 1997. This looks like another bad early line. Road favorites in a conference game, after 2 consecutive non-conference games are 121-72 (63%) ATS over the last 5 seasons. Man, is that Duke win against Okalhoma looking pretty darn good right now. Two star pick on the Devils here.
