Drake at Northern Iowa

Many thought that with the departure of Wichita State from the MVC that Northern Iowa would stand to benefit the most as the Panthers have had a pretty solid program for a long time. Maybe in the log run that is true, but not this season. The Panthers are getting a reputation line for their game vs. Drake tonight. This team sits at the bottom of the MVC at 1-5, while upstart Drake leads the conference at 5-1. I'm not sure if I remember a conference leader at this stage of the season posted as a dog vs. the bottom team. Drake is 6-1 in their last seven and has covered all but one, while the Panthers are 1-7 in their last eight and have covered just one game since prior to Thanksgiving. Take the points on Drake.
