Detroit vs. Kansas

The Horizon Conference has certainly produced some notable teams over the last decade, but as nice of a run the Titans have had, this is not one of them. The Titans are a product of a Horizon Conference that simply lacked the high-octane team at the top this year, and their 130 RPI coming into the Tournament says it all, as just one Horizon team cracked the Top 100. Kansas was supposed to be down a bit this year with heavy losses from last year, but this program simply never goes down. Thomas Robinson bided his time for two years playing behind big-time players, and has emerged as the top player in the country, averaging a strong double-double. The Jayhawks play a tough schedule, but in spite of that, they posted 20 wins by 10 or more points and should roll to a 20+ point win here vs. an overmatched Detroit team. Play on Kansas.
