DePaul at Rutgers

There are two teams that have had unexpected results and will collide at Rutgers tonight. DePaul was hopeful of turning the corner in the Big East, having a pair of highly skilled players in Cleveland Melvin and Brasndon Young.  However, they are still falling shy of the win column. Rutgers owns wins here vs. Florida and Connecticut, but as much as they have risen high for big games against bigtime opponents, they have also lost to Princeton and Illinois State and bested the Ivy basement dweller Dartmouth by just six. That has left this team as one that plays to the level of the competition and the results have born that out as the Scarlet Knights are just 2-8 ATS in their last ten vs. a team with a losing road record.
