Denver University at Santa Barbara

UCSB is thought to be the team to beat in the Big West Conference and they will open the BTI Invitiational in Oregon vs the Denver Pioneers. UCSB won 20 games last year and have started very quickly the last seven years, winning their opener each season. Denver lives and dies by the 3-pointer while the Gauchos get out and defend, which could make for a long night for Denver. The Gauchos are loaded with two All Big West preseason selections and will have the top three players on the floor for this one. The Pioneers have been soft in the role of a dog cashing just one of their last ten while the Gauchos are 4-0 ATS in their last four at a neutral site. I like Santa Barbara in this one.
