Delaware State at Norfolk State

Delaware State is arguably the worst team in the country with a 2-25 straight up record and the Hornets haven't won a game since Nov. 16 and both their victories have been against non-Division I schools. However, Norfolk State won't take them lightly as the Hornets gave it a scare on Feb. 14 when the Spartans eked out a three-point win as an 11.5-point favorite after winning the first matchup by 29 points. Norfolk State has won six of seven after defeating Howard 83-61 last Thursday and the Spartans have won their last two games by an average of 25.5 points.
