Delaware State at Norfolk State

Norfolk St. will bring in a 14-8 record on the season as they host 10-11 Delaware St. team. Delaware St. has won four of their last six games, and the two losses have come by just two and three points. Norfolk St. has won four straight games, but a closer look shows they have covered just two out of six games since the start of the new year. Delaware may not be a very good team, but the Blue Hens brought all five starters back from a year ago and have the experience of playing on the road. Delaware St. Coach Waterman has a 37-26 ATS mark wwhen his team is playing in the game as a dog. I think this like is a couple of points too high, and I will go with Delaware St.
