Cal State Bakersfield at Portland State

Portland State is the favorite to win the Big Sky Conference after finishing 19-13 overall last season and 11-7 in the conference. Jaylin Henderson is the top returnee, as he averaged 13 points in 2024-25, and he led the Vikings with 18 points against San Francisco on Wednesday. They lost to the Dons 80-70, but the Vikings should bounce back against Cal State Bakersfield, which already has two 20-plus losses this season, including an 82-60 rout by Mississippi on Friday. The Roadrunners, who are picked to finish near the bottom of the Big West, made only two 3-pointers in nine attempts against the Rebels. Portland State won last year's meeting by a score of 59-58.
