Nevada has had a tough time transitioning from the WAC into the Mountain West. After finishing the 2012-13 season with a 3-13 conference mark, they finally got over the hurdle to finish 10-8 last year. The Wolf Pack lost a couple of key scorers, but there are more pieces in place than what we have seen in most recent years. Cal Poly was a miracle team from a season ago, finishing the season at 10-19, including a 2-10 record down the stretch. They somehow managed to win the Big West Conference Tournament and an NCAA tourney bid - their first ever. They have lost most of that team, which wasn't very good to begin with, and have just two starters returning. Maybe the sensational finish is holding the line down here, but I don't see them as a threat, nor another miracle coming. Play on Nevada.
