Cal Irvine at Pepperdine

Pepperdine used to rule the roost in the West Coast conference, but they have not been relevant for several years now, and at 4-8 this year little has changed. You have to go all the way back to the 2004-05 season to find Pepperdine with as many as 10 wins in any season vs div-1 competition. That certainly puts this team on shaky ground when considering them as a favorite. The Wave have recorded a 5-17 ATS mark. In those 22 games they have been posted as a favorite over the last 5 years. UC Irvine has been a picture perfect, going 5-0 ATS the last 5 times they have taken on a West Coast Conference team. In addition, they have played to an 8-3-1 ATS mark posted as a dog of 6.5 or less in their last 12. I am on Cal Irvine.
