Boston College has 18 wins on the campaign after knocking off Georgia Tech yesterday, 88-77. Sophomore guard Ky Bowman was on fire for BC against the Yellow Jackets as he poured in 26 points on 8-of-13 shooting while adding 10 rebounds and six assists. They have plenty of offensive firepower with Bowman, Jordan Chatman, Nik Popovic and Jerome Robinson (20.7 ppg), the runner-up for ACC Player of the Year. The Eagles led the ACC with 8.81 three-pointers made per regular season game and are one of just three teams in the NCAA to feature three players with at least 73 three-pointers on the year. Robinson finished the season first in the ACC at 43.8 percent from behind the arc, while Chatman was seventh at 39.9 percent. They match up well with an NC State squad that ranks #12 in the ACC in points allowed, dead last in field goal defense allowing .463% shooting, while the offense is #13 in free throw shooting (.693).
