Arkansas-Pine Bluff at UTEP

Obscure Conference teams often grab a bump in the line, as many will shy away from the unknown and go the other way. Despite nearly a 20-point line here the public has done exactly that with 70% down on the UTEP Miners. The Miners haven't exactly been a stronghold in their first nine contests with a 4-5 record that has seen them lose ATS in six of their eight lined games. They will have no reason to be thinking "A" game here with the impending Holidays and a weak opponent. They are also off a huge overtime win vs. Oregon, increasing the odds that they lay an egg here.
