Arkansas-Pine Bluff at Miss Valley State

Arkansas Pine Bluff actually has a good chance to win a game as it's up against 1-12 Mississippi Valley State.  Both teams are among the worst in the country, but the Golden Lions have played a tougher schedule and almost all road games and that helps to explain their poor record.
