Norfolk State Spartans vs TCU Horned Frogs Point Spread Picks

They take on Norfolk State, which upset Drexel 61-56, so both teams are advancing by slowing the pace down. TCU held Virginia to 37% shooting while  Norfolk held Drexel to 38%. The downside for Norfolk is that they are not an offensive machine, either, shooting 42%. Look for a slow paced game and play TCU/Norfolk UNDER the total.
