Michigan Wolverines vs Texas A&M Aggies Point Spread Picks

Michigan was a disaster last season. The Wolverines went 8-24 on the season and were 3-17 in conference play. This season, they finished 3rd in the Big 10 and are now 26-9. Texas A&M is now 23-10 on the season. A&M played a robust schedule and has countless big wins on their resume, as they have beaten Oklahoma twice, Wake Forest, Texas Tech, Purdue, Texas, Ole Miss, Missouri, Arkansas, and Auburn. This is a tough spot for Michigan, as they did not make the tournament last year, and missing that experience is sometimes difficult in a late-game situation. I think this is a close game, but in the end, A&M is battle-tested this season. I like Texas A&M on the money line.

The Texas A&M Aggies were once upon a time a team ranked sixth in the country, but injuries and suspensions kind of sucked some of the life out of this team, and opened SEC play with five straight losses. Missing from that equation was the fact that two of them were by one point, and overall they were stung by three losses by a single point inside the conference. They have really gotten their act back together, winning five of their last six. They are also a rebounding machine, shot blocking team, and overall great defensive team with three players going 6'10". Michigan has their work cut out for them, and their Big-10 Conference Championship has them rated a bit too high. This should be a close game, but Michigan is a poor free-throw shooting team.
