USC will take on Michigan St. in Columbus, Ohio to open their NCAA Tournament. The Spartans played a tough Big-10 schedule and finished the season at 19-12. Michigan St. under Tom Izzo has always been known as a defensive stalwart but this season the defense has not been on the level of many of his past teams.
