UM Kansas City has fallen on hard times since joining the ranks of Division-1 basketball. Last year was no different as they were 10-21 and continued to struggle in conference play, completing the slate at 4-14. They lost their best scorer in Reggie Chamberlain (17.3 points per game), and they just don't have the level of talent to replace him, and continued struggles will ensue in conference play. After a couple very solid campaigns, IUPUI struggled a year ago. Although they lost their top scorer, they have 10 returnees in the fold so they have enough experience to offset the loss and should be an improved team. The Jags have taken the cash in five of their last six in league play, and are the better team at this stage of the season. Play on IUPUI.
