It is likely surprising to most to see Western Illinois come into this game with a better record than Iowa. Obviously, the odds-makers are unimpressed as the Hawkeyes are prohibitive favorites. I don't see Iowa turning it on tonight. This team has not played in eight days due to the holiday break, and on deck is a big game with Maryland. The Leathernecks are playing with confidence and coach Rob Jeter returned all five starters from a year ago, so this is an experienced team. Keep in mind they won on the road to Nebraska as a 17 point underdog and came within four points on the road at DePaul. Too many points here. Make the play on Western Illinois.
