Iowa Hawkeyes vs Pennsylvania Quakers Point Spread Picks

The Penn Quakers used to live at or near the top of the Ivy League. They are not the caliber of Ivy team they used to be. They used to be one of the highest scoring Ivy teams in a league that plays methodical low-scoring games. Now Penn has to do the same, especially against superior opponents. While they have faced Penn State, and Temple already, none of their three games have gotten to the total posted here, and I don't see that changing. Iowa is 4-0 and has played four really true cupcakes, as a -24 point favorite or more in all of them. They have been able to dictate pace at any time, and have scored a lot. They won't have it so easy here. The Quakers are 11-5 to the UNDER in their last 16 on the road, and 7-3 to the UNDER in their last 10 vs. a strong team, one over .600. This one is too high, so make the play on the UNDER.
