Houston Cougars vs Kentucky Wildcats Point Spread Picks

Kentucky coach John Calipari is recognized as one of the best coaches in the game, but Kelvin Sampson should be rated on the same level for what he has done at Houston with much less publicity.  The Cougars are 33-3 this season and 23-12-1 ATS and they breezed past their first two opponents in the tournament.  Houston made the Sweet 16 for the first time in 35 years as Corey Davis scored 21 points and Galen Robinson added 13 points in the 74-59 win over Ohio State.  The Cougars held the Buckeyes and Georgia State to a combined .339 field goal percentage and they allow just a .366 percentage on the season.  Kentucky barely covered against Wofford as the Wildcats were able to keep sharpshooter, Fletcher Magee, in check and he made only four of 17 shots.  Houston is 9-3 ATS its last 12 neutral-site games and 8-2 ATS its last 10 non-conference games.  Kentucky is a slight favorite so go with Houston on the money line.
