The Gonzaga Bulldogs can no longer be considered a mid-major. This is a team that finds themselves in the NCAA Tournament every season, and last year went all the way to the final Four. They lost a lot of their size to graduation and the NBA draft, but the talent pool is perhaps not up to the high standard set a year ago, but is still pretty good. Gonzaga may be a bit overrated off of last year's elite team, at least at this stage of the season. San Diego State is very tough at home, and has a physicality on the defensive end that can be imposing. The Aztecs sport a 178-28 SU record on their home floor in their last 206 here.
