Duke Blue Devils vs UCLA Bruins Point Spread Picks

The Duke Blue Devils have a boatload of talent. Often times that translates into the public thinking that this team is going to race horse up and down the court. Probably the better attribute of a Coach K team is their willingness and ability to defend. All you have to do is take a peek at their three most recent games against BCS Conference competition in Alabama, Michigan, and Arizona, and all three fell shy of the total, and the average total points scored were 148. UCLA may not be back to their glory days, but at 9-1 are still a very solid team. The Bruins have scored 81 points or more in eight of their last nine. A closer look, however, is revealing. The only major conference game they played was vs. Missouri resulting in 71. UCLA is 5-1 to the UNDER vs. the ACC, and the numbers just don't translate to a game played in the mid-160s here.
