It is always the "sexy" play to grab Creighton as this team has done their share of winning in the Missouri Valley Conference, as well as making noise in the NCAA Tournament. However, over the last two years they have not been able to do better than fourth in the MVC, so they aren't what they have been in the past. UAB has been second to only Memphis when it comes to winning among C-USA teams and the Blazers have won 22 or more games in each of the last three seasons and are used to winning, especially at home where they are 41-7 straight up over the last three years. They have risen to the occasion as a home dog where they have amassed a 14-5 ATS mark in their last 19. I am backing Alabama Birmingham in this one.
