Chicago State Cougars vs Notre Dame Fighting Irish Point Spread Picks

The Chicago State Cougars play in the nations worst conference, the Great West. The Conference may be better known as being the Great Worst. There are but five member institutions for NCAA basketball and, unfortunately, Chicago State is picked to finish dead last.  We can argue they are the worst team in the country. Last season the Cougars were 4-26 and unfortunately four of their top five players have moved on. They have gone from bad and experienced, to bad and inexperienced. Their top returnees averaged 5ppg a year ago. They are 0-5 to start the season vs. div-1 level competition. The Irish are 5-1 and the last four wins are all by double-digits against much better competition. The Irish can name their score here and even the second team, who will get a lot of minutes, should continue to extend a big lead. Play on Notre Dame.
