Canisius Golden Griffins vs Duquesne Dukes Point Spread Picks

Duquense recorded 17 wins last season for the first time since they won 19 all the way back in 2010. They would like nothing more than to break that 19 win plateau and achieve their first 20-win season since 2008. While they shot well vs. St. Francis, PA., they could not break 41% vs. Penn State, or Loyola MD. After a 7-6 start last year for Canisius, they fell flat and wound up with just 14 wins. They are 0-2 out of the gate with one loss to Kentucky, but they showed their hand vs. Cleveland State in a three-point loss in slowing the pace with just 114 shots attempted by both sides. Much the same can be expected vs. Duquesnse who has not seen any of their three games top the 122 combined shot total. It's going to be tough to get near 160, unless both these teams shoot in a way we have yet to see. Play on the UNDER.
