Bucknell Bison vs Rutgers Scarlet Knights Point Spread Picks

Rutgers had high hopes coming into the season and for the most part the Scarlet Knights are producing with a 7-4 record while playing a decent schedule, including a 63-48 win over Indiana earlier this month. The Scarlet Knights defeated Wake Forest 81-57 on Monday for their fifth cover in seven games and they shot a sizzling 58.5 percent, holding the Demon Deacons to 40 percent. Rutgers is limiting opponents to a .367 field goal percentage and just .248 from 3-point distance. Clifford Omoruyi leads four double-figure scorers with 14.4 points per game. Bucknell is 7-5 and appears to be improved from last year's 9-23 record, but the Bison have lost to superior competition, including 81-71 against Richmond on Wednesday. The Bison shot nearly 50 percent, but the Spiders did a little better hitting 30 of 60 from the field. The Scarlet Knights have covered four of five home games. Take Rutgers.
