The Albany Great Danes had a couple NCAA Tournament appearances several yers ago and improved dramatically on a 7-25 season two years ago to finish 19-15. While a couple key elements from that team are gone, the Great Danes still have the nucleas to be a competitive team in the America East. It starts by returning point guard and leader Mike Black, as he should take on more of a scoring role, off of his 13.8ppg a year ago. Missouri Kansas City has started 1-1 on the season. Kansas City has won just 43% of their games since joining the division-1 ranks and finished a dismal 4-14 in Summit Conference play a year ago. The loss of Reggie Chamberlin and his 17.3ppg will be hard to replace and, from a team that struggled with him a year ago, won't have answers early on against the likes of the Great Danes.
