While the Philadelphia 76ers sit at just 26-46 on the season they have insured themselves of a fifth straight losing season, there is good reason to believe that this team has improved a lot quicker than the oddsmakers have compensated for their play. They own the best ATS mark in the NBA at 44-26-1 and have not slowed down as a cover machine, taking the money in six of their last seven. The Bulls are full of problems with Dwayne Wade sidelined for the rest of the year, and they have been an ugly 4-11 over their last 15. This line certainly favors the Sixers who have defied oddsmakers all season, and get another opportunity vs. a team going bad to get another. Play on Philadelphia.
