The Toronto Raptors may be the most disappointing team in the NBA to this point as they are just 3-8 through 11 games. The Raptors beat Charlotte by three a couple nights ago, but almost blew the game by scoring just 12 points in the fourth quarter. It has been that kind of a season for the Raptors so far, who have yet to win two in a row. Charlotte has played above the line and they are 6-3 ATS on the season as an underdog. They have actually won five of those games outright, and overall the Hornets have covered five of the past six games. Toronto is just 2-5 straight up on the season as a favorite.
