Washington has lost seven of its past 10 and fallen to 22-36 on the road, including 5-16 its past 21 road games. The Brewers are 39-12 their past 51 games versus teams with losing records, and Adrian Houser has been pitching great the last two months while allowing only six earned runs in 28 1/3 innings in July and August, and he just returned from the COVID-19 list.
