Seattle at Oakland

The drama has passed for the Oakland A's at 46-103. Perhaps what is most notable and surprising here is Oakland has a better record than the Seattle Mariners over the last 10 games. Seattle went on a big run to get back into the playoff picture, but they have been playing tight in September. Seattle has lost seven of their last nine games. This team has allowed six or more runs in seven of their last nine games as well, and the offense has grown cold as they have not managed four or more runs in their last four games while averaging 2.25 a game. The Mariners are obviously better than Oakland, but that has not been the case recently. I like Oakland in this one.
