San Diego at Miami

San Diego is in danger of falling into last place after losing 2-1 to the Marlins on Wednesday. The Padres dropped to 25-30 on the season when Jean Segura and Nick Fortes each hit an RBI single in the ninth off Josh Hader for the walk-off victory. Miami will start Jesus Luzardo today and he is 4-3 with a 3.67 ERA and 1.39 WHIP. The Marlins have won three of his past four appearances, including 6-2 over the Angels on Friday when Luzardo allowed one run on seven hits in five innings. Joe Musgrove has been shaky this season with a current 5.64 ERA although he comes off a good outing against the Yankees on Friday, but the Padres have lost three of his past four starts. San Diego has lost 13 of 19 overall and nine of 13 on the road, but go with the Marlins on the run line - Max Play.
