San Diego has lost seven of its last nine games on its way to a last-place finish in the NL West. The Rockies have won 21 of their last 29 home games and they have won 15 of the last 22 games against the Padres at Coors Field. San Diego is 0-7 in Joey Lucchesi's last seven starts versus NL West teams and the Padres are 7-20 their last 27 against left-handed starters. Lucchesi gave up five runs on nine hits in four innings in his last outing against Arizona on Friday. Kyle Freeland has a 2.96 ERA on the season and Colorado has won eight of his last nine starts and he hasn't allowed more than three runs in any of his last five starts.
