The Athletics will be seeing Tim Lincecum for the second time as he makes his second appearance with the Angels after giving up one run in six innings in his last outing. The Angels have lost 11 of their last 16 games and 20 of their last 28 against losing teams. There is good value with the road underdog, so take the Athletics.
