The Houston Astros would be the 3rd and final wildcard if the season ended yesterday but with Seattle, Toronto, and Texas all bunched up things change on a daily basis. Maybe it was a hangover from the Baltimore series as Houston lost 7-5 at home last night to the 52-102 Kansas City Royals. I think they are going to wake up and get redemption tonight. Kansas City will start Jordan Lyles and they are a woeful 5-24 in his 29 starts this season, and opponents have a +24.6% ROI against them. Houston should come out a lot more focused than they were yesterday against a starter that has the worst team record in baseball this season. Make the play on Houston.
