Houston at Los Angeles

Los Angeles comes off two brilliant pitching performances from its starters and bullpen as the Dodgers beat the Angels twice by 2-0 scores after getting pounded by the Giants last weekend. Now the Dodgers are back home where they are 22-14 and they'll have a rookie on the mound in Emmet Sheehan, who has a 1.86 ERA in 12 starts this year in the minors. J.P. France has not been getting much run support and Houston has lost four of his past five starts and the Dodgers will be seeing him for the first time. The Astros have lost five of seven although they did win their last two games against the Mets. The Dodgers are 38-13 in interleague play against right-handed starters and 75-29 their past 104 home contests overall versus righty starters. Houston has lost five of six on the road.
