Cleveland at Detroit

The Detroit Tigers are off a disappointing series at home vs. the New York Yankees where they dropped two out of three. They may come up a bit flat here tonight vs. Cleveland after a big and meaningful series vs. the always interesting Yankees. Shane Greene has pitched way over his head at 3-0 and a 0.39 ERA, and an adjustment is certainly on tap soon. Danny Salazar is off a gem in his first start, as he struck out 10 in just 6 innings of work in a win. Detroit closer Joe Nathan will be out for the year, and the back of the bullpen has hurt the Tigers over the past couple of years, and Salazar certainly can get Cleveland to the late innings in this one.
