Cleveland relievers are #2 with a 3.52 ERA along with 31 saves and a 1.20 WHIP. Chicago's bullpen is another story as it has only 18 saves with a 4.68 ERA and 1.39 WHIP. Cleveland has won seven of 10 as a favorite and the White Sox have lost 16 of their past 21 games overall. Touki Toussaint will make his fifth start of 2023 and he is 0-3 while allowing 14 runs on 19 hits in 31 innings.
