Justus Sheffield started 10 games for Seattle last season and struck out 48 in 55 and 1/3 innings with a 3.58 ERA overall, including a 2.43 ERA at home. The White Sox just completed a grueling four-game series with the Angels that ended with a 7-4 loss in a nearly four-hour game Sunday night. The Mariners have won four of the past five meetings and they are off to a 2-1 start after shutting out the Giants 4-0 on Saturday before having the day off yesterday. Take the Mariners over the weary White Sox.
