Atlanta at Kansas City

Kansas City will look to Kris Bubic to even the series after the Braves won 10-3 on Friday night. The due factor is in his favor as he has pitched well his first two starts with nothing to show for it. Bubic has allowed only two runs on nine hits in 11 innings, but has gotten little run support. Bryce Elder hasn't allowed a run in 12 1/3 innings for Atlanta and the Royals will be seeing him for the first time and Bubic will be making his first appearance against the Braves. Atlanta is missing two key players in Travis d'Arnaud (concussion) and Orlando Arcia (wrist). Kansas City has scored 18 runs its past three games, which is a big improvement from earlier in April.
