TO WIN: MISTER SULTRY Gelding was facing much tougher competition early last year and has come back strong after 9 months on the sidelines. In his 1st start off the layoff he finished a distant 3rd, clearly short. Last time he showed improvement and was gaining on the winner in deep stretch. Back under the same conditions today, he is ready to win. Trainer Bill Connelly is having another good meet and he will get a rider upgrade from the injured Ouzts to Julio Felix.
