The $300K purchase broke his maiden at Aqueduct going six furlongs April 14, then scored by just over 13 lengths at Belmont at seven furlongs May 17. That produced the higest figure any of these has reached and I like his chances from the rail in his stakes debut.
2nd pick: #7 (Bulletin) (5-2) - Very fast from the gate, he's won three of four turf sprints and is stretching out around two-turns for the first time. Training steadily for Todd Pletcher, and he's a threat to go gate-to-wire.
3rd pick: #4 (Swamp Rat) (6-1) - He had some traffic issues when beaten by 2.5 lengths here at this trip in the G2 Hall of Fame Stakes Aug. 2. This stalker has ability and is a viable alternative to the top two selections.
