2nd pick: #4 (Abscond) (4-1) - This daughter of 'Blame' ships from Kentucky where she rallied to win her debut by a 'head' at this distance on the turf July 21. She had some quick works showing for that initial attempt and the second-place runner broke her own maiden there this past Sunday.
3rd pick: #6 (Champagne Humor) (8-1) - This home bred by 'Distorted Humor' ships up from Gulfstream where she rallied from close range to win her debut going 5 furlongs on the grass May 25. She's had 2.5 months to grow and mature and enters off a bullet 3 furlong drill here in :35.20 Aug. 10.
4th pick: #1 (Vast) (5-1) - Blinkers go on filly who won her debut here at this trip on the dirt July 12. She's worked three times since, has the rail, and could factor if she handles the switch to the turf.
