2nd pick: #6 (Call the River) - The probable favorite finish a pace-chasing third when debuting facing tougher Oct. 24 and is working nicely on the local surface for his second start. Trainer Carla Gaines drops him in for a tag and he's a strong win threat.
3rd pick: #10 (Heroically) - He ran well last out when dropped to this level and showed much more early interest. Pat Valenzuela takes the ride and this beautifully-bred four-year-old is a serious challenger if he avoids a wide trip.
4th pick: #9 (Outrageous Fortune) - Longshot rallied at Fairplex to finish second at this level in his only previous start on conventional dirt. Has no early speed, but should be flying late.
