2nd pick: #6 (Emmzy) (6-1) - Baffert trained filly cost $370,000 as a yearling back in Sept. of 2014. Away slowly when debuting here Feb. 13th, she raced very wide and evenly once in stride. 'Hall of Famer' has worked her fast since, brings her back on short notice, and stretches her out 1.5 furlongs.
3rd pick: #8 (Georgia Blue) (7-2) - Grey filly moves from the turf to the dirt for her second outing. $180K daughter of 'Exchange Rate' finished 2nd of 12, beaten 1.5 lengths when debuting here going 6.5 furlongs on the famous 'down the hill' turf course Feb. 6th. She's worked twice since, and trainer Neil Drysdale is adding Lasix. Dangerous in this spot.
4th pick: #1 (Social Column) (5-1) - One of four fillies making their debuts, she cost $240,000 as a 2yo in training last April. She has a fine series of local works showing, including a pair of five-furlong bullets in the past six weeks.
