Bet this race at Diamond SportsTop pick: #7 (CARPE VINUM) (5-1) - $200K purchase had some traffic issues when finishing 3rd debuting in a five-furlong grass sprint Nov. 17 at Del Mar. She's worked four times since, and trainer Phil D'Amato will stretch her out in distance. Filly is a solid price play in a contest where you should box any wagers you make.

nd pick: #8 (Reducta) (7-2) - One of four European imports, she rallied while between horses to finish 3rd of 12, beaten 2.5 lengths at this level and distance Dec. 1 at Del Mar. English bred was making her No. American debut off a 3.5-month layoff and is a win candidate here with Flavien Prat staying aboard.

rd pick: #1 (Predictable Tully) (9-2) - Irish bred was competitive in all three starts racing in England and runs today for the first time since she was beaten a neck' going seven furlongs Oct. 3. On the sidelines since, she has a new trainer, Jeff Mullins, and he adds Lasix while giving a leg up to Mike Smith.

th pick: #9 (Broadbeach) (3-1) - Another Irish bred, she finished 2nd debuting going seven furlongs facing winners at Newmarket Aug. 23. On the sidelines since, she runs with Lasix added in her first start in No. America and off a trainer change to Simon Callaghan.

th pick: #10 (Lady Timmy Ho) (4-1) - Away slowly in her No. American debut Nov. 9 at Del mar, this Irish bred rallied from far back to check in 3rd of 11, beaten four lengths. It was a positive effort, and it's noted she received solid betting support. An alert break is imperative from her outside post.
