2nd pick: #9 (Queen of the Track) (5-2) - The probable favorite, she's stretching out in distance and is taking the same drop as 'Imperial Creed'. $95K purchase has some early speed and is an obvious threat in this weak group.
3rd pick: #1 (Morning Press) (8-1) - Longshot was away slowly and never involved debuting in a sprint Aug. 8 at Del Mar. She received good betting support, has worked 6 times since, and draws a ground-saving post. Look for a much better effort today at a big price.
4th pick: #8 (Jellybeankristine) (9-2) - The field's most experienced filly is another stretching out in distance. Home bred has finished second in two of her last three sprints at this level and can grab a share with her normal effort.
