Bet this race at Diamond SportsTop pick: #5 (SHOWTIME SIS) (8-5) - Filly has early speed and has finished second in both sprints here at this level. Trainer Bret Calhoun is stretching her out just a bit and believe she has only one serious rival.
2nd pick: #4 (D Cal Okie) (9-5) - Lightly-raced filly finished an even third when debuting here Sept. 8. 3yo was 1.5 lengths behind 'Showtime Sis' that day and homed daughter of the speedy 'Cowboy Cal' can factor with normal second out improvement.
3rd pick: #1 (Itasca Falls) (15-1) - Longshot is racing second back off an 11.5 month layoff. She tired badly in the same last race as both 'Sis' and 'Okie' but probably needed the race. Has the rail and may hold down a share at a big price.
4th pick: #3 (Miz Laramie Blues) (10-1) - She's been freshened up since the spring when she went 3-0-2-1 at this level going longer in three starts at Will Rogers Downs. Stretch runner is capable of getting a slice with a late rally.
