Down in price and shortening up a bit today, I think she'll be tough in this spot.
2nd pick: #5 (Caprivi Strip) (2-1) - He's one of two making their debuts, and this home bred enters off a bullet five-furlong gate work here in :59 flat July 6. From a top outfit (Phil D'Amato), this gelding could win this if he runs to that recent drill.
3rd pick: #1 (E Bradley Cooper) (15-1) - Longshot is training steadily here for his first race since Sept. 20 when he ran evenly here at this tag and trip. He has the rail, is from a capable barn (Keith Craigmyle), and is dangerous at a big price if ready.
